Customers retain ownership of their records and uploaded content. FSSYNC processes customer data to provide the service. Company administrators control user access within their organization and are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and facilities.

FSSYNC does not sell customer data. Information may be shared with service providers used to operate the app, such as hosting, email delivery, storage, and security tools; with customer-authorized users within their company and facility scope; or when required by law or valid legal process.

Uploaded evidence is used for operational recordkeeping and is subject to customer access controls. Users should upload only authorized, relevant, and lawful content.

FSSYNC is not intended for children under 13, and users under 13 should not use the service.
